If you are worried about your access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire NHS Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG) have created a PPE Mutual Aid Hub, which can be accessed by all NHS and non-NHS health and social care organisations.

NHS organisations requiring additional PPE supplies should in the first instance contact the National Supply Distribution Line (NSDR) on 0800 915 9964. This is particularly important when you have less than 72 hours of stock. In the second instance, you should contact the Mutual Aid Hub.

Social care organisations including care homes should contact their Local Authority in the first instance – councils will escalate to the PPE Mutual Aid Hub as necessary.
