Next week Home Secretary Priti Patel will introduce the Nationality and Borders Bill in the House of Commons.

My Labour colleagues and I oppose Priti Patel’s inhumane and ineffective policies, which include plans to send asylum seekers to offshore immigration centres for processing.

I know that many of you have already written to me to share your views on how you feel or how you will be affected by this Bill. I believe many of you agree with me – that this is not kind of country we want to live in. This is why I want to hear from you.
