As your MP for the last four years, there are five values I believe I’ve brought to my work:

I’ve always tried to be accountable to these values in how I’ve gone about my work as your MP. Whether it’s going to visit schools, campaigning for a better mental health service, standing up for local businesses, supporting a plastic pollution action plan, or responding to the Windrush scandal. I’ve always treated the office of Member of Parliament as a vocation, it’s much more than a job.
My values guide me through my work as your MP in Bristol West and now as the Labour candidate. I will always try to be true to them in everything I do, and I hope to continue to bring your issues to Parliament.
